Mental Health Round-Table

A leading global pharmaceutical company sought to raise awareness and spark debate on youth mental health. Our team designed and delivered a comprehensive strategy to organize a high-profile youth mental health round-table and amplify its impact.

The discussion brought together the company’s CEO, young mental health experts, a government representative, and an experienced moderator. Drawing on insights from the company’s global report on millennial and Gen Z mental health, the participants then engaged in meaningful conversation and debate.

A key factor to ensuring the conversation resonated broadly and engaged new audiences online was selecting young, influential experts which had a strong social reach.

We developed a detailed communication plan, created bilingual materials, and coordinated all aspects, from selecting participants, venue setup and media production. To maximize impact, we managed the round-table’s communications by producing dedicated digital content and a White Paper summarizing key conclusions. The report was later used to engage Members of the European Parliament and national policymakers, strengthening the project’s long-term influence on European health policy.

Additionally, the report’s findings served as a strong media hook, securing high-profile media placements for the CEO and further positioning the company as a leader in youth mental health.

Thanks to our strategic communication, we boosted visibility with strong online engagement and media coverage. We enabled quality dialogue by offering actionable recommendations for youth mental health policy, supported communication with European and Polish decision-makers, and reinforced the client’s role as a thought leader and advocate in the sector.

A well-executed event and strategic communications helped shape public debate and future policy on youth mental health in Europe.
