Approached by an innovative IT Supply Chain organization with a major goal, to strengthen its employer brand and attract / retain top talent in a competitive IT sector. Our aim was to position the company as an employer of choice and develop a strategy to build a strong team of IT experts.

We started by analyzing existing promotional and educational content to identify gaps and areas for immediate improvement in communication with potential and existing employees.

After, we conducted an extensive LinkedIn competitor analysis. Reviewing how leading IT companies present their employer brands and engage with their audience. By examining countless companies, we uncovered effective content strategies and engagement tactics. Based on these insights, we recommended ways for the organization to optimize its LinkedIn presence and differentiate itself.

Our team prepared a presentation for the organization’s leadership, demonstrating the importance of aligning employer branding with recruitment marketing. Emphasizing collaboration between HR and PR teams to ensure a consistent, compelling message to potential candidates.

Next, we developed a detailed strategic communication plan that included situation analysis, corporate PR, target audiences, communication activities, goals and actions. Finally, we created key narratives highlighting the company’s unique employer value proposition and detailed a year-long communication plan to align employer branding with corporate PR efforts.
